Investor Onboarding

From sign-up to tokens in your own wallet, in three phases. Your verification belongs to you, not to an issuer: one account invests with every issuer on ioniqx.

Phase 1 Account & Authentication
Create Account
Register with your legal name and address, which identity verification checks against, and confirm your email
Legal name & address Password (12+ chars) Email verification link
Set Up Two-Factor Authentication
Required for every account: scan a QR code with your authenticator app
TOTP authenticator app QR enrolment Account recovery
Not needed for the demo: two-factor authentication is switched off on this site. You can still turn it on from your account menu.
Every Sign-In: Password + 2FA Code
Both factors must pass on each login attempt
Both pass → Access granted Invalid code → Retry / Account Recovery
Phase 2 Identity & Eligibility
Verify Your Identity
A photo ID and a short liveness check with our identity provider, which takes a few minutes. Offerings are listed only once it is approved, and every issuer on ioniqx relies on the same verification
Government ID scan Liveness check AML / sanctions screen
Accredited Investor Status
Offerings on ioniqx are made under Regulation D, so you confirm that you are an accredited investor before you can invest
Income, net worth or Series 7 / 65 / 82 Recorded with its basis and expiry
Verified or Self-Certified
Rule 506(c) offerings need your status verified by an independent provider, typically a letter from a CPA, attorney, broker-dealer or investment adviser. Offerings that accept self-certification ask you to confirm it to that issuer
Verified → relied on by every issuer Self-certified → that issuer's offerings only
Register Your Solana Wallet
Connect your wallet and sign a message to prove it is yours. Signing costs nothing and sends no transaction. Your eligibility is then attested on chain for your primary wallet, or a custodian can hold for you
Ownership proof by signature Primary wallet On-chain attestation Custodial wallets
Phase 3 Invest & Hold
Browse Offerings
Live real estate offerings from every issuer on ioniqx that you qualify for, with each one's minimum, target raise, projected return and term. A Rule 506(b) offering shows its details only to investors with an existing relationship with the issuer
Every issuer Filtered to what you qualify for Offering terms
Subscribe and Receive Your Tokens
You subscribe with the issuer under the offering documents and pay in USDC. Once the issuer books your investment, the tokens are minted to your primary wallet. They are transfer-restricted: they can only move to another verified wallet
USDC settlement Tokens in your own wallet Transfer-restricted token
Distributions and Statements
Distributions are paid in USDC, pro rata to what you hold on the record date. Your statement shows your holdings and every movement for any period, from the issuer's register of record
Pro-rata USDC distributions Statement: page, CSV or PDF Secondary trading via ATS — planned
Redeem
When an offering opens a redemption window, you give notice through the issuer and sign the transfer from your own wallet. Nothing leaves your wallet without your signature
Redemption windows You sign every transfer
